These terms apply when you use truckingfactoringguide.com (the "site"), including its guides, comparison grid, tools and forms. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

General information, not advice

Everything on the site is general information for owner-operators and small fleets. It isn't financial, legal, tax or accounting advice, and it isn't a recommendation that any particular company or contract is right for you. We aren't a factoring company, broker, lender or law firm. For decisions about your business or a specific contract, talk to a qualified professional.

No guarantee of accuracy

We source and date company facts, and we re-check them, but companies change their terms often and we can make mistakes. Information may be incomplete or out of date when you read it. No guarantee of quotes or offers

Submitting the "Request factoring options" form doesn't guarantee a reply, a quote, an offer, approval or any particular rate. Any offer comes from a factoring company, not from us, and is between you and that company. We share your request with a factoring company only if you agree when we follow up. Tools give estimates only

Our calculators and estimators run in your browser and work only with the numbers you enter. Results are estimates for comparison. They aren't quotes and may not match what a company actually charges or pays. Example numbers shown in the tools and guides are labeled as examples and aren't real company quotes.

Opinions

Some content is our opinion, such as the "Best for" and "Skip if" lines in the comparison grid. We label opinions as opinions and base them on the published facts shown with them. You may reach a different view.

Links to other sites
